Starting January 2025 WISF members will have privileged access to BWBW`s programmes
Tailored Upskilling Programs by BWBW: Offering specialized workshops, certifications, and training to prepare women for successful re-entry into professional roles.
Mentorship and Leadership Development: Connecting women with seasoned professionals from the WISF network; provide mentorship, foster confidence, and support career growth from BWBW.
Networking and Career Opportunities: Facilitating access to global career opportunities and strengthening professional connections through the combined networks of WISF and BWBW.
Advocacy for Gender Equity: Promoting awareness of the challenges faced by women re-entering the workforce and advocating for systemic changes to foster inclusion and diversity.
