Women in Sustainable Finance (WISF) is an international network of female professionals who share the vision of transforming the financial industry to create a more sustainable and inclusive world for everyone.
Founded in Zurich in 2018, our network rapidly grew from Switzerland to all around the globe, reaching women committed to the same vision. We have members from across the globe and we are convinced that the financial industry is one of the most effective levers to protect our planet and create a sustainable future.
Community
Our community is formed by more than 5,000 members and followers from diverse backgrounds. Our members work both in the financial space and other industries, NGOs, and Academia. Committed to expanding our community, we launched our first chapter in Geneva in January 2021 and plan to open additional chapters in other countries within the next 5 years.
Activities
At WISF we create content and organize events and webinars with industry experts and NGO leaders in Sustainable Finance, leadership, and gender equality. Furthermore, we help individuals to find the right mentor or coach, and advance their careers. We are constantly working on expanding our educational offer, increasing our network benefits, and supporting career advancements.
