If we truly want to change the future, we must include those who are the future in today’s conversations — and educate them accordingly. But lasting change also requires creating spaces where ideas, values, and responsibility can be shared across generations.
This philosophy lies at the heart of our partnership with the Wisdom Foundation, and we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to be present at the World Economic Forum through this meaningful collaboration.
Founded by Marcelo Garcia, the Wisdom Foundation works to foster wisdom, leadership, and global responsibility by making global dialogue more inclusive and accessible. Its initiatives span education, community-building, and innovative formats that open up high-level conversations to a broader range of voices.
One of the Foundation’s key initiatives is the Wisdom Accelerator for Youth (WAY), which offers teenagers the opportunity to engage directly with the World Economic Forum environment through a hands-on internship experience during WEF week. By combining real-world exposure with mentorship and responsibility, WAY helps cultivate curiosity, critical thinking, and global awareness at an early stage.
At WISF, we believe that sustainable finance and long-term value creation depend on education, access, and intergenerational dialogue. Supporting partners like the Wisdom Foundation is therefore not only an act of giving back — it is an investment in a more inclusive and resilient future.
And for those still looking for a venue during WEF week, we warmly recommend exploring the Exploration Train - a unique and inspiring space for dialogue and connection in Davos.
