Are you looking for guidance and advice from an experienced professional in sustainable finance? We have a vast network of mentors that can support you in advancing your career. Become a WISF-member and we will match you with a mentor that suits your needs and interests best for free. After we initiate the contact, you and your mentor will be responsible for arranging your meetings.

COACHING
In response to requests from our members, we are developing a tailored program of coaching specifically to address our member's needs. This individual coaching is for professional women with highly qualified and experienced coaches. We offer:

6 months transformational coaching – for those who want to make a significant change to their professional and or personal lives. Who are you? What do you want? Where to from here?

3 months career focus – for those in career transition who need clarity and direction about who they are and what the next steps to be taken are - including support for job search.

One-off sessions to overcome an obstacle. This might be to master a job interview, performance appraisals, or deal with a team leadership issue.

Group coaching for professional women, 3 hour online or in-person workshops for 2-6 participants: Job interview preparation coaching, directional clarity, and assertiveness for women.
