In light of international women’s day, we would like to take a moment to recognize the importance of gender diversity, not only in the workplace but also in our investments. Gender-lens investing has been gaining momentum in recent years as a means to advance gender equality and promote women’s economic empowerment. However, we also recognize that diversity, equity, and inclusion encompass much more than just gender. Let’s celebrate the progress we’ve made toward gender equality and recommit to creating a more inclusive future through our investments.

• Navleen Kaur, Senior Manager of Diversity and Inclusion at Sonova, will share with us what corporates do to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Anina Hille, Lecturer and Project Leader at the University of Applied Science Lucerne (HSLU) and Partner for Diversity & Inclusion at the International Board Foundation, will provide us with the latest research on diversity and the role of corporates and investors.
