About the Event

Join us for a WISF gathering dedicated to one of the most powerful levers for visibility and impact: negotiation.


This event is designed for women who want to strengthen their position, expand their influence, and approach negotiations with greater clarity. In a WISF community gathering and engaging setting, we combine meaningful exchange amongst WISF members with practical insights tailored to female leaders.


The session will feature an inspiring talk on the "Harvard - Concept" by Dr. Vera Hampel, systemic consultant, therapist, and mediator, with comprehensive experience in negotiation, communication, and leadership. She holds a doctorate in the application of emotional intelligence and teaches at the University of Zurich and the Center for Leadership in the Future of Work. Her work focuses on complex, multi-person settings, where negotiation is shaped as much by values and emotions as by strategy. In a concise, TEDx-style format, Dr. Hampel will explore how clarity around what truly matters strengthens one’s negotiating position, and how paying attention to emotions - one’s own and others’ - leads to wiser, more effective negotiation outcomes.

These insights will serve as a springboard for guided table conversations, allowing participants to reflect, exchange perspectives, and translate ideas into concrete action within their own professional contexts.
