About the Event

We Have More Tools and Techniques Than Ever. So Why Are We More Exhausted Than Ever?

We have productivity apps, AI assistants, smart watches, calendars, and endless advice on how to get more done. Yet many evenings end the same way…

You finally sit down on the sofa and realize you have nothing left in the tank. The day is over, but your mind is still racing. The to-do list isn't finished, your energy is gone, and the time that's left no longer feels like your own.

The problem often isn't a lack of time. It's a lack of energy.

Many women in our WISF community will know this feeling well. We are ambitious, curious, engaged, and committed. We lead teams, build businesses, drive change, support others, and strive to make a meaningful impact. Yet in the middle of managing so much, we rarely pause to manage the resource that makes it all possible: our energy.

Join Dr. Cornelia Kawann for an inspiring and practical evening on how to create, protect, and renew the energy that shapes the way we think, work, lead, and live. Cornelia is an electrical engineer, Personal Energy Strategist, and author of «Change Your Energy – Change Your Life».

What to expect

You'll gain a fresh understanding of why some people remain focused, resilient, and clear-headed under pressure, while others feel constantly depleted despite giving their best. You'll also discover how seemingly small everyday choices, including the way we eat, influence our energy far more than we realize.

During This Evening You Will Learn

  • What Personal Energy actually is, and how it influences the way you think, lead, perform, and recover

  • How to recharge your energy in just a few minutes during stressful situations

  • How to protect yourself from the energy drain of demanding environments and difficult people

  • How everyday food choices affect your focus, resilience, and overall energy levels

  • Simple techniques you can apply immediately in daily life

This is an opportunity to step away from the demands of daily life, connect with inspiring women from the WISF community, reflect on what truly fuels you, and leave with practical ideas you can immediately bring back into your work and life.

Because sustainable success is not about doing more. It's about having the energy to do what matters most.
