About the Event
Kristina Touzenis, Managing Director at KP&K Impact Solutions, is passionate about leveraging international norms and policies to create social impact. For many years she has been implementing these norms globally to create real measurements and better company policies. In the process, she aims to strengthen dialogue and enhance engagement in sustainability within the financial sector.
In our webinar, Kristina will discuss how international standards can be translated into practical and effective tools for you as an investor. She will also shine a light on how you can measure your impact and engage in advocacy and multi-stakeholder dialogue. Both aspects are becoming increasingly relevant on a regional and national level where regulations on due diligence and sustainability are created with increasing speed. Not to mention the recent developments in mandatory reporting, sustainable investing, and future-fit businesses. She believes that true impact on society needs an approach based on rights.
Kristina has 20 years of experience in the implementation of international norms and standards in complex settings worldwide as well as in advocacy and policy-making with a multitude of stakeholders. She headed the International Law Unit at the UN's International Organization for Migration from 2011 till 2020 before setting up KP&K Impact Solutions. She has vast experience in effective and concrete operationalization of international standards as well as effective communication around the importance of said standards.
